Project HPC works on belief that UniKL can achieve world class status if it embraces HIGH PERFROMANCE CULTURE (HPC) on three critical elements:

1. That it adopts suitable CORPORATE VALUES

2. That each VALUE is translate into STANDARD OF BEHAVIOUR EXCELLENCE (SBE) that all staff must live by.

3. That everyone in UniKL pursue THE HIGHEST STANDARD - BEST-IN-CLASS practice in going about their dauly tasks especially in pursuing the University's KRAs

HPC starts with BELIEF, which later on will be translated into VALUES and BEHAVIOURS. HPC is achieved when leaders and followers in the organization work together in harmony driven by suitable business values, highest Standards of Behaviour Excellence and the Best-In-Class business practices, making it possible for individuals and teams to produce world class product and services, meeting or exceeding the highest level of customer expectations, anytime, everytime.
